The mission, stated plainly: To make extended stays effortless — by connecting guests with verified, fully furnished homes backed by local property managers who ensure every stay runs smoothly.
MidStays exists because the one-to-eleven-month stay has always been served badly. Someone who needs 90 days in a place has four usual options, and each one fails in a predictable way.
An extended-stay hotel gives you a kitchenette instead of a kitchen, coin laundry down the hall, no living room, and no neighborhood. Institutional in week one, and expensive by day 90.
A 12-month apartment lease is simply the wrong duration for a 13-week contract or a five-month winter in the desert. It arrives unfurnished, with credit checks, deposits, utility setup, and furniture you buy and then have to dump.
A monthly discount on a short-term rental site puts you in the hands of an amateur host who is often absent. Nobody answers at 9pm on day 40, cleanliness is a coin flip, and the listing may not match the photos.

Verification
Verified means one specific thing on MidStays: a local property manager has inspected the home against its listing before you arrive. Not a quality grade, not a marketing badge. An inspection. Here is what that inspection covers.
A local property manager walks the property and compares it to the listing room by room: the layout, the bed configuration, the parking, the outdoor space, the condition of every room. Anything that does not match gets corrected before the home can be booked.
A full-size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils and coffee. A washer and dryer inside the home. These are standards on every MidStays home, so they are confirmed working rather than taken on a host's word.
The manager checks that the wifi works, that the entry instructions actually open the door, and that parking is exactly as described. That is the difference between arriving at 11pm and standing outside at 11pm.
Every home is professionally cleaned before you arrive, then inspected again by the local manager. Photos are re-shot when a home changes. That pre-arrival inspection is the entire meaning of the word verified on MidStays, and the reason the photos are the home.
