These terms cover your use of the MidStays website — browsing and searching homes, saving homes, creating an account, submitting an inquiry or application, and contacting support.
They do not govern your stay. When you book, you sign a separate Tenant Occupancy Agreement that sets the terms of your occupancy.

By using the Website — browsing, searching, saving homes, creating an account, submitting a form, or contacting support — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, please stop using the Website.
If you are using the Website on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms of Use.
These terms cover your use of the MidStays website. They do not govern your stay.
When you book, you sign a separate Tenant Occupancy Agreement, which sets the terms of your occupancy — including the house rules, payment schedule, and cancellation terms for that specific home. The counterparty to that agreement depends on the market you are booking in and is identified in the agreement itself.
MidStays is a booking platform for furnished homes rented for a month or more, with a minimum stay of 29 nights. Each home listed on the Website is verified and inspected by a local property manager before you arrive, and that local property manager is your point of contact for the home during your stay. MidStays does not manage the homes listed on the Website.
The Website is for personal, lawful use — researching homes, requesting a stay of 29 nights or more, listing inquiries from owners and managers, and information about MidStays.

MidStays may restrict or end access to the Website at its discretion.
If you create a MidStays account, you can save homes and searches and keep track of inquiries you have submitted. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission.
You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing reservation@midstays.com. Saved homes and searches are a convenience feature — saving a home does not hold it or reserve it.
Submitting an inquiry or an application through the Website is a request. It is not a booking, it does not hold a home, and it does not create a reservation. A stay is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation and sign the Tenant Occupancy Agreement for that home and those dates. Availability can change while a request is being reviewed.
As part of reviewing a request, you may be asked to verify your identity or your payment details.
Listing information — availability, amenities, photographs, descriptions, rates, fees, and taxes — is presented in good faith and can change. Utilities and any applicable fees are shown on each home's listing and in your quote before you book.
The quote you receive before booking, together with the Tenant Occupancy Agreement you sign, is what sets the confirmed terms for a specific home and specific dates. Where a listing page and a quote differ, rely on the quote.
Phone numbers and SMS consent information collected through the Website will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

MidStays does not guarantee that the Website will be continuously available, that it will be error-free, that listing information will be complete or current at every moment, or that any particular home will be available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MidStays disclaims all warranties relating to the Website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
This disclaimer is about the Website. The condition of a home and the conduct of your stay are addressed in the Tenant Occupancy Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MidStays and its personnel, contractors, and vendors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or Website downtime, arising from your use of the Website.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Website is to stop using it.
