Who we serve
Four groups book most of the homes on MidStays, and they arrive for very different reasons. What they share is a stay measured in months rather than nights, and a need for the home to work as a home: a full kitchen, in-home laundry, and someone who answers the phone on day 40.
The pages below are written for each of them, covering what to look for, what a stay actually costs, and the details that matter once you are living somewhere instead of visiting. If more than one describes you, start with whichever comes closest. The homes are the same, and every one of them is inspected by a local manager before you arrive.
One honest note: these are not the only reasons people book a month or more, and a page may not match your situation exactly. Utilities and any applicable fees are shown per home and in your quote rather than bundled into a headline rate, and the shortest stay on MidStays is 29 nights.
