Accessibility
Two things are worth separating. The MidStays website is being built and revised to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and there is a way to report anything on the site that blocks you. Home accessibility is different: features like single-level layouts, stair-free entry, and step-in showers vary by home and appear on each listing.
Both halves matter to the people who use MidStays most. A family placed in a home after a house fire, or someone in their seventies spending the winter in the Arizona desert, cannot absorb a surprise flight of stairs or a tub they cannot step into. Four months is too long to work around a home that does not fit.
Because homes vary, the honest answer is always the same: read the listing, then talk to the local manager for that specific home before you book. That person has been inside it and inspected it, so they can answer questions a photo cannot.
The MidStays site is being built and maintained with WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the target: keyboard navigation, visible focus, text alternatives for images, color contrast, and labeled form fields. That work is ongoing rather than finished, and MidStays wants to hear about anything on the site that blocks you.
It depends entirely on the home. These are individual houses and condos, not a purpose-built building, so single-level layouts, stair-free entry, step-in showers, and wide doorways vary from one to the next. What a given home has appears on its listing, and the local manager who inspects it can confirm specifics.
Where to go next: what's included in every MidStays home covers the standards that never vary, house rules and policies explains access to the home during your stay, and how MidStays works walks through booking a stay of a month or more.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is the target being worked toward, not a conformance level MidStays claims to have reached. Work continues on keyboard navigation, focus visibility, contrast, image alternatives, and form labels. If part of the site does not work with your assistive technology, MidStays wants that report.
Email reservation@midstays.com, call (866) 700-5552, or use the MidStays contact page and write accessibility in your message. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology you were using, and what happened instead. Specific reports get fixed; general ones are hard to act on.
Some homes have features that help — single-level layouts, stair-free entry, wider doorways, step-in showers — and some have none of them. MidStays does not certify homes as wheelchair accessible, because these are individual houses and condos. Read each listing, then confirm details with that home's local manager before booking.
Ask that home's local manager directly, and ask measurable questions: how many steps reach the front door, whether the shower has a curb, doorway widths, whether a bedroom and full bathroom sit on the entry level, and how far the closest parking is. They have been inside the home.
