Three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,364 square feet in Pinetop, Arizona — a cabin on the golf course, with king beds in all of the bedrooms. Over a month in the White Mountains that means a real night's sleep for everyone, not a rotation of sofa beds.
The living area is spacious, built around a gas fireplace and a chess table, with board games on hand for the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped and opens onto a spacious dining area. There is a washer/dryer, cable TV and high-speed internet — the ordinary infrastructure that decides whether a long stay works or grinds.
The patio is where you take the morning coffee, looking out at mountain and golf course views over the 1st tee, with wildlife passing through. At the end of the day there is a BBQ grill and a firepit for dinner under the night sky.
Fool Hollow Lake Recreation Area and Show Low City Park are both close by, with scenic trails in most directions. The Mogollon Rim Trail and the White Mountain Nature Center are a short drive out. Pinetop Lakes Golf Course is nearby as well — a public course with 18 holes, a driving range and a restaurant.
Two things to know. This home does not have a/c; ceiling fans are in each room. And the golf course on site is for members only, so please do not walk on golf course or golf path during the operating hours of the Golf course.
P.S. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to rent (Proof of age required).
