Sunny Oasis

A 1,657 sq ft, three-bedroom house in central Tucson that takes dogs - which narrows the field considerably when you are moving somewhere for a few months and the dog comes too.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is a washer and dryer in the home, along with a hair dryer, iron, and linens and towels provided. Central air conditioning with a thermostat you control keeps the house comfortable year-round, which in Tucson is the whole ballgame from May to September.

Sleeping is a king bed, a queen bed, a third bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, so the house comfortably holds eight. The living room has a TV set up for streaming.

The large covered patio is where you will actually spend the evenings. On location: Reid Park and the zoo are about five minutes, Randolph Dell Urich Golf Course about five, and most of the city's attractions, grocery stores and the university are inside a fifteen-minute drive. Verified by a local manager.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age (proof of age required).
