A 450-square-foot studio in a Tucson duplex, with one full bathroom and room for two. Small, sunny and simple to run for a month or three.
The full kitchen is what makes this work as a longer stay: stainless steel appliances and ample cupboard room, enough to cook for yourself properly instead of living out of takeout containers.
The living area is built around a comfortable bed with good linens, with two plush chairs and a streaming-capable TV that runs on your own accounts. Central AC handles the Tucson heat. Being straight with you about one thing: there is no washer or dryer for this studio, so plan on laundry off-site.
The University of Arizona is close, along with Valley of the Moon, Tahoe Park, the Rialto Theatre and Starr Pass Golf Club — all within a 10-mile radius. Dogs are welcome.
P.S. Primary renter must be 25 years of age (proof of age required).
