A one-bedroom, one-bath ground-floor condo at Bella Vita, in the heart of Scottsdale just west of Hayden Road. It was one of the complex’s model units, so it carries the upgraded finishes: hardwood flooring, upgraded cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator and travertine in the kitchen and bathroom.
For a stay of a month or more, the practical details: a high-efficiency stackable washer/dryer in the kitchen, a full kitchen set up for everyday cooking, keyless entry, ceiling fans, high-speed wireless internet and one assigned parking space (#185), with visitor parking in the uncovered sections of the complex.
The bedroom has a California king, bedside tables and a dresser, plus a walk-in closet holding a luggage rack, iron and board, vacuum and extra bedding. French doors off the living room open to a private patio with a bar-height table looking over the heated pool.
Bella Vita is gated, with a heated pool and spa, a fitness center, outdoor barbecue and dining areas and a tennis court. Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square, the Scottsdale Greenbelt, Chaparral Dog Park, Scottsdale-Osborn Hospital, Mayo Clinic and the Loop 101 are all close. Verified by a local manager.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age (proof of age required). Minimum stay of 30 nights. Scottsdale STR permit #2024729. TPT License #21249253.
