A dedicated workstation in the primary bedroom means you can take a call without sitting on the bed.

The back yard is the reason to book: fully private behind lush hedges and greenery, shaded through the afternoon, with a gas grill for cooking outside. Central AC handles the summer and a gas fireplace covers the evenings that turn cool. Free WiFi, two streaming-capable TVs (your own accounts), cable, a DVD player and board games cover the quiet nights.

There is a community pool and hot tub, with orange trees near the pool and gates that are free for picking. Sprouts Market and a run of restaurants — Lure Fish House, Pomo Pizzeria, Famous 48, Village Tavern — are within short walking distance, as are the Shops at Gainey Village, and you are surrounded by golf courses and parks. The casino at Talking Stick Resort is around four miles away, and Salt River Field, Top Golf and several more golf courses are within about 10 minutes. Dogs are welcome.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than 6 adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city’s occupancy requirements. The city also requires a basic criminal background check for the reservation holder, for the safety and security of full-time residents and everyone staying here; a date of birth and a permanent address are needed to run it.

P.S. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to rent (proof of age required). This home requires a 30-night minimum stay under local regulations.
