The size is the point: over a stay of several months, four full bathrooms and a genuinely separate office are the difference between a household functioning and a household negotiating.

There is a dedicated home office, so working from here does not mean the dining table. The kitchen has granite countertops and opens to a formal dining room, and the main living space is anchored by a custom stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace. A separate media room handles the evenings.

The primary bedroom is on the ground level with an en-suite bathroom, a jetted tub, its own private patio and an additional sleeping area attached - the layout to ask for if stairs are a consideration, or if one person in the household keeps different hours.

Outside are private sitting areas with desert landscaping and a balcony with mountain views and a gas grill. The community pool is a block away.

On location, this is the strongest argument for the house: you are near HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn, Banner Behavioral Health Hospital and Scottsdale College, and sitting just off the Loop 101 for everything else. If you are here on a healthcare contract, the commute is minutes. Verified by a local manager, and someone answers the phone on day 40 the same way they do on day one.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age (proof of age required).
