A 2,557 sq ft, four-bedroom house on a corner lot covering a full third of an acre in Scottsdale - so the outdoor space is genuinely private, which matters more over three months than over three days.

The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and cabinet storage and a breakfast bar, with a kitchen table for light meals and a dining table seating six. There is a washer and dryer in the home. A dedicated work desk and chair with free WiFi make working or studying from here practical rather than improvised.

The living area has vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, arched Spanish doorways and a sectional with a TV for streaming. There is a pool table indoors and central air conditioning throughout.

Outdoors: a private pool, a private hot tub, a gas grill and a large patio table seating ten. On location, Scottsdale's groceries, gyms, trailheads and Old Town are all within a short drive.

Things to know: the pool can be heated for an additional daily charge with two days' notice. The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy to no more than six adults plus their related dependent children. City regulations require a basic criminal background check for all occupants, so a date of birth and permanent address are needed for the reservation holder. Verified by a local manager.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age (proof of age required).
