The dining area opens onto a second private patio, so there are two outdoor spaces - one off the living room looking over the fairways, one off the dining area. Complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout, and a wall-mounted smart TV in the living room.

Community amenities included with the unit: heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, poolside gas grills, maintained grounds and assigned parking. The fitness center in particular is what keeps a long stay from meaning a separate gym membership.

Around you: Old Town Scottsdale's restaurants, galleries and shopping are a short drive west, with Scottsdale Stadium, Salt River Fields, Talking Stick and Fashion Square all nearby, and Camelback Mountain trails close for hiking. Verified by a local manager.
