What makes a season here work: the private pool for the hot months, and a neighborhood you can use on foot. Camelback Park is less than half a mile away with a paved running and cycling track, sand volleyball courts, tennis facilities and softball fields - a daily walk or workout without a gym membership.
Old Town Scottsdale is a short drive for restaurants, groceries and boutique shopping, and you can bike in. Spring training, the Barrett-Jackson auction and the Phoenix Open all happen nearby if you are here for the season. Verified by a local manager.
