Inside: hardwood flooring, granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, and a private balcony reached from both the living area and the primary bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a coffee maker, a toaster, a two-top breakfast bar and a dining table for four. The open living area is bright, with comfortable seating, a 46-inch flat-screen TV and complimentary high-speed WiFi.

The primary suite has a king-size bed, a sitting area, balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the second full bathroom has modern fixtures and its own tub and shower combination. The condo sleeps four.

The building sits next to Scottsdale Horizon Center, and the community includes two heated pools and spas, a 24-hour fitness center and a shared grilling area — a gym you can walk to counts for a lot on a three-month stay. AJ’s Fine Foods and local dining are within walking distance for groceries. The Mayo Clinic, TPC Scottsdale, Grayhawk Golf Club, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter and the trails of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve are all minutes away, with Old Town Scottsdale a short drive.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city’s occupancy requirements. A basic criminal background check is required for the reservation holder in accordance with City of Scottsdale regulations.
