Step into the kitchen to find a breakfast bar accommodating two people. The dining room, situated on the other side of the dual-sided fireplace, opens to both the kitchen and a balcony. The balcony is furnished with a wicker loveseat and two comfortable chairs, creating a perfect spot for outdoor lounging.
The well-appointed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a spacious kitchen island/breakfast bar, and a designated coffee bar area. The primary bedroom indulges guests with a king-sized bed, a 43" Smart TV, a dresser chest, a walk-in closet, and an attached primary bathroom featuring his/her sinks and a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a 43" Smart TV, a dresser chest, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided in the condo.
