It's just a short walk to the beach, downtown, and the wharf, where you can enjoy all the local shops, fabulous restaurants, and attractions. Plus, this home is next to the Harbor at West Beach, where you can watch the boats come and go or walk to the famous Funk Zone to enjoy some of Santa Barbara's excellent wine-tasting rooms or tap rooms. The living room has beautiful natural light and mountain views. It also has a cozy couch and chair, a lovely fireplace, and a large TV for movie nights after a long sun-filled day at the beach!

Great location - quiet neighborhood. Close to the pier and to State street. Inside it was quite spacious, well built, and super clean. I would definitely come here again.
