This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground-floor condo is located within walking distance of all that downtown Santa Barbara has to offer. It has classic décor and is easily accessible, quiet, and is privately set in the middle of the block with gorgeous patios off the living room and master bedroom. This unit has two fireplaces to enjoy a relaxing evening and read a good book!
The functional kitchen is newly remolded with gorgeous granite countertops, an island, stainless steel appliances, RO water, and everything you need to create a chef-style meal!
The dining area opens up into the cozy living room with a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and huge French doors opening up to a cute patio with plenty of seating, a BBQ, and a lovely garden area.
