This property is a recent addition to a charming Santa Barbara home (selected as part of the 2020 tour of historic homes). It is fully self-contained on the 2nd floor and has lovely views of the Santa Ynez Mountains with old-world magnolia and fig trees surrounding the area.
This quiet residence is fenced with a vegetable garden, two chairs, and a BBQ where you can relax and enjoy. You may enter the unit through your private entryway and staircase to a unique combination of colonial charm and modern convenience.
