Beach Break - Steps to the beach at Mesa Lane!
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom is literally right next to the entrance to one of Santa Barbara’s most favorite local surf spots, Mesa Lane Beach! This spot is one of the best. It is secluded, down a long staircase, and meets the beautiful bluffs and a pristine stretch of sand. It’s the perfect place for beachcombing and tide-pooling at low tide, swimming, and is dog friendly! It’s fun for picnics, family time, great surf, and beautiful sunsets!
Where you’ll be staying – Beach Break is a fantastic home with incredible stonework and a sweet front patio. It has a comfortable living space with a couch, swivel chairs, a large flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach.
The kitchen is attached and fully appointed with everything you’ll need to cook a chef’s meal for your family! Or walk to any of the amazing restaurants on “The Mesa”. Whatever you decide, this is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy!
The primary bedroom includes a King bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, end tables, a dresser, a flat screen TV, and a closet.

This was a cozy spot, with very close access to the beach and a gorgeous backyard! I was worried it might be warm without AC but opening the windows and the ocean air made a great cross breeze. I’d recommend staying here…

Wonderful, beautiful home. Very quiet neighborhood with beach access close. Backyard was quiet and lovely to sit out in the evenings and morning. Comfortable furniture and great appliances. ❤️
