Set up for a stay of a month or more: a full kitchen with a complete suite of stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with counter seating, a washer and dryer in the home, and central air conditioning. The main living area has a streaming-capable TV for use with your own accounts.

Outside there is a shaded patio with an electric grill and a table and chairs, a second seating area nearby, and a large enclosed yard - which is the reason this one works for a household with small children over a long stay. Please note this home does not accept pets.

On location: Dobson Ranch Golf Course, Tempe Beach Park, the Desert Botanical Garden and the Phoenix Zoo are all under eight miles, and the freeway network is close. Verified by a local manager.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age (proof of age required).
