A ground-floor, three-bedroom, two-bath home of 1,999 square feet in the Tangerine Terrace community of Mesa, with central AC and fast WiFi — the two things that decide whether a month in Arizona works.
The kitchen is updated and fitted with stainless steel appliances, and there are two open, distinct living and dining areas with tables, chairs and comfortable sofas, so you are not living your whole stay in one room. A large TV handles streaming on your own accounts.
The enclosed yard is the part that earns its keep over 30 days: a pool (unheated), your own putting green and a gas grill. One thing to know — the fireplace is not available for your use.
Downtown Mesa is four miles away and Sloan Park, where the Chicago Cubs train in spring, is seven miles west. Golf is close at Alta Mesa Golf Club and Longbow Golf Club, and for water there is kayaking on the Salt River and boat tours on Saguaro Lake, 24 miles northeast.
The city requires a basic criminal background check for the reservation holder, for the safety and security of full-time residents and everyone staying here; a date of birth and a permanent address are needed to run it.
P.S. Primary renter must be 25 years of age (proof of age required).
