Three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet in Mesa, with an open floor plan that stays bright and easy to live in — plus a three-car garage for the car, the bikes and whatever else comes with a longer stay.
The updated kitchen is the center of the house: a breakfast bar for quick meals and a dining nook under a bay window for the ones you sit down for. After a few weeks of cooking for yourself, that matters more than any view.
The primary suite has vaulted ceilings and looks out over the backyard, with an en-suite bath that has double sinks, a soaking tub and a newly remodeled shower. Two more bedrooms — one with bunk beds, full on top and queen below — share a full bathroom, so a partner, a colleague or visiting family all have somewhere to land. The home sleeps eight.
Out back, an oversized covered patio gives you shade for morning coffee and a grill for dinner, and the play pool is there for the afternoons when the desert does what the desert does.
The Red Mountain Multigenerational Center and Park is minutes away, with a stocked lake, tennis courts and hiking trails — a weekly routine rather than a day trip. The Superstition Mountains are close for weekends, top-rated golf courses are easy to reach year round, and shopping, dining and the Red Mountain 202 freeway are all within reach.
