Your private backyard pool oasis promises endless outdoor leisure, with features including a swim-up bar area and a sunken grill area for serving up poolside bites, a spa, a patio dining set, and a gorgeous gas firepit lounge. Inside, mix up some libations at the bar hutch and settle in for movie nights in the living room. The loft living area also features a smart TV and a dedicated desk for breakout entertainment or remote working. You'll find everything you need for easy meal prep in the full kitchen. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
