A four-bedroom, three-bath house in Litchfield Park with 3,048 square feet, room for nine, and a private pool in an enclosed backyard. It was updated recently and it is bright, which matters when you are living in a place rather than visiting it.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances, a large center island and plenty of counter space for real cooking. The open living space has smart TVs, a keyboard, board games, central air conditioning and a private washer and dryer. There is a dedicated home office with high-speed Wi-Fi, which is the difference between working from a house and working around one.
All four bedrooms have plush bedding, smart TVs and central air conditioning. The primary suite has a spa-inspired en suite with dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. If you are arriving with a baby, the children's room includes a crib, a changing station and other baby-friendly essentials, so that is one less thing to ship ahead.
Out back, swaying palms surround the pool, with outdoor seating, umbrellas for the afternoons and a gas grill. Pool and spa heating can be added for an extra daily fee; it can take up to 48 hours to heat, so ask before you arrive.
Distances, since you will be driving them often: Turtle Park 3.3 miles, Aleppo Park 3.7 miles, Tierra Verde Lake Park 4.2 miles, Desert Diamond Arena 6.6 miles, Verrado Golf Club 12.4 miles. Parking is available for three vehicles. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM, quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and there is no smoking anywhere on the premises. Your local manager is the person to call when something needs attention.
