The interior offers a non-traditional floor plan with the dining area and living room being the first spaces you encounter. The sunken living room features inviting furniture, picture-perfect mountain and valley views from wall-to-wall windows, a gorgeous stone fireplace, and a large smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is spacious and has enough counter space to work on and create delicious masterpieces. In this space, there's a modern workspace for all your remote working needs. Off the kitchen is a convenient laundry area with a washer/dryer. The extensive garage divides the home into two spaces: one featuring the main living space (living room, dining area, and kitchen) and three bedrooms and a casita with a kitchenette/living area and a fourth bedroom.
