Inside, the open floorplan includes a large, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a table and chairs, a primary dining area with an additional table for mealtimes or family game nights, and a living area with a vaulted ceiling and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. Outdoors, fire up the gas grill to spice up that home-cooked menu and dine alfresco together on the shaded and furnished patio. This space also offers additional seating areas for morning coffee or evening cocktails as well as a private pool, and the star of the show - the unobstructed view. Additional amenities include cooling central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. The pool is unheated.
