Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

We're sorry about the daytime construction noise across the street and for the confusion with the pet policy and the post-booking charge. The listing should clearly state the dog limit and the application should allow registering pets — we will review the pet policy and application flow to prevent this moving forward. The house was awesome. Beautiful inside. The outside was amazing great yard and pool our dog loved it and so did we. Great location and very quiet as well. Will be coming back to this house in the future for sure!
