Float in the sparkling pool, soak in the bubbling spa, or relax beneath shade umbrellas with a cool drink in hand. Gather around the fire pit as the sun sets, enjoy alfresco meals for six, and grill up your favorites on the BBQ. The backyard also features lounge chairs, multiple seating areas, and bocce ball, making it the perfect place to play or simply unwind.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES Inside, The 1959 blends classic mid-century architecture with designer touches and modern comfort. The open-concept living and dining spaces are anchored by a gorgeous vintage fireplace and illuminated by a striking Capiz shell chandelier. Relax on the vintage Italian sofa and chaise or settle into the reupholstered Vladimir Kagan sectional in the den. The kitchen has been fully updated with modern appliances and a gas range, while the dining table for six is ideal for shared meals and lively conversation. The garage has been converted into a playful lounge with a couch and a ping pong table, giving everyone room to spread out.
