This home is in Sunrise Park, a lovely neighborhood in central Palm Springs, one mile east of downtown. Once downtown, you'll find a wealth of acclaimed restaurants, fantastic shops, art galleries, theaters, and nightlife all along Palm Canyon Drive. If you're a golfer, you can take your pick of world-class golf courses in the area; if you're a hiker, spend a day exploring Tahquitz Canyon, three miles west, and Indian Canyons, five miles south.

The 2,400-square-foot living space is full of beautiful details, including Spanish tile, graceful arches, and a built-in Kiva fireplace inspired by the southwest. Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
