Three bedrooms, two baths and 1,452 square feet in Palm Springs, less than two miles from the heart of downtown, with an open floor plan and an enclosed yard of its own.
The full kitchen is well equipped, with stainless steel appliances, counter seating for four and a table for six beside it. There is a washer and dryer in the house, so a month here does not mean a month of laundromats.
Indoors, the living area is colorful and easy to settle into, with streaming on your own accounts and a gas fireplace for winter evenings. The covered patio, just off the yard, is where most meals end up.
The enclosed yard holds an optionally heated pool and pool spa, a cabana with a day bed, several chaise lounges and a private putting green, plus a gas grill and yard games including cornhole and giant-size Jenga. Dogs are welcome.
P.S. City permit #50518. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to rent (proof of age required).
