The neighborhood is south Palm Springs, and it is a genuinely good walking neighborhood — the kind of detail that only matters once you are here long enough to have a routine. Koffi South Palm Springs is less than a half-mile from the door for a morning latte, and the foothill trails are close for a hike before the heat sets in. Downtown is a short drive for restaurants, shops and art galleries, with more along Palm Canyon Drive.
