A 1,540 sq ft, three-bedroom, two-bath house in Racquet Club East with open-concept living and a private backyard. All-new furnishings and an updated kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a French door refrigerator and a gas range - a real range matters when you are cooking most nights for a month rather than eating out. The living area has a sectional for five and a 55-inch flat-screen for streaming with your own accounts.
Outside is a private swimming pool, a spa and a firepit, with a patio and grill for dining outdoors. Having your own pool rather than a shared one is what makes the summer months here workable.
The neighborhood puts shopping, dining, groceries and hiking within a few minutes' drive. The Indian Canyons trailheads are close for regular walking, and downtown Palm Springs is a short run for errands and the weekly market. Verified by a local manager.

We had a lovely stay - the house was clean and spacious, the pool (where we spent most of our time) was small but ample, with nice steps and a shelf, and the location was only a few minutes drive to downtown Palm Springs…
