A 2,457 sq ft, three-bedroom, three-bath designer home in Little Tuscany, remodeled to a standard that would not look out of place in Architectural Digest. Three king beds, so three separate parties can each have a real bedroom for a month.
The layout is open, with moving walls of glass that fold the living space into the outdoor space - which is the point of living in Palm Springs for a season rather than visiting for a weekend. Inside are designer art and furnishings throughout.
For a long stay, what matters is the everyday: a full kitchen you can cook in daily, laundry on site, and enough square footage that a month indoors during the hot months does not feel like a hotel room. The house sits in a quiet hillside neighborhood above the city, with downtown Palm Springs, groceries, gyms and the medical center a short drive down the hill.

I’m glad you enjoyed the house, pool, and location — and I’m sorry your experience was let down by the transactional communication, the spa/bubbles confusion, the tired furnishings, and the unexpected noise from nearby works. A few steps we’re taking: - We’ll update the listing and our pre-arrival instructions to clearly state that spa bubbles require pool heat (and any associated fee), and include clear, labeled instructions for the switches so guests don’t have to hunt for them. - We’re retraining our messaging team and reinforcing use of a local contact who actually knows the property so responses aren’t impersonal. - We’ll review the living-room layout and the sofa/TV setup and schedule a spruce-up for the worn items you noted. - While we can’t control neighborhood construction or roadworks, we’ll do our best to monitor scheduled works and notify future guests when we learn of them.
