You’ll also find an additional outdoor lounge centered on a custom fire feature. There are fruit trees, rolling green lawns, a bocce ball court, and a hard-lined barbecue station - so you’ll never have to worry about the tank running out. Shade umbrellas and chaise lounges dot the perimeter of the pool offering the perfect combination of full sun and shaded areas. There is something very special about Lions Gate Estate. SLEEPING QUARTERS Like a specialty boutique hotel, all four sleeping quarters are beautifully decorated, feature hospitality-quality mattresses, flat screen televisions, and ample storage. The South Wing is spectacular - featuring three King Master Suites - each with a private en suite bath. On the north wing is the fourth master bedroom suite. It has direct pool access, a private en suite bath , and a walk in closet. One of the bedroom suites offers flexible sleeping arrangements - you can choose between having the room set ups as a king or two extra long twins.
