A 3,000 sq ft, five-bedroom, four-bath villa in Palm Springs, completely remodeled in 2019 and dog friendly. Sleeps ten, with two primary bedrooms each holding a king bed - useful when more than one household shares a season.
The kitchen opens to the dining area and family room, with black stainless steel appliances, a large island with a gas range and a lot of counter prep space. That is a kitchen for cooking in daily, and the open plan means whoever is cooking is not cut off from everyone else.
Wood plank tile runs through the whole house and plantation shutters give you control over the desert light. Walls of windows and sliding glass doors bring natural light into the family room, dining area and kitchen, with views of the pool. The living room has large sofas, a 55-inch TV with DVD and Blu-ray, and a foosball table.
Outside: a private pool, a putting green and a firepit, spread across a private lot. Downtown Palm Springs, groceries, gyms and the medical center are all a short drive. Verified by a local manager.
