Start the day with a dip in your backyard pool, then grab some coffee and dry off in the sun, or relax in the shade on the covered patio. The fully enclosed yard is perfect for kids and the family dog, who are welcome at this dog-friendly home. Inside, you’ll find modern, updated decor and an open layout. The full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s plenty of room for everyone at the breakfast bar or dining room table. After a day of exploring, relax at home in the central air-conditioning with a little TV, a friendly game of foosball, or a board game. Step out to a local restaurant or keep it simple with a family barbecue on the gas grill. Rest easy at the end of the night in any of the four well-appointed bedrooms - another day of desert adventure awaits tomorrow. Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity. No commercial vehicles or overnight street parking are permitted within the community at any time. Any fines issued by the HOA will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
