Pool and spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day; pricing varies with the size of the pool and spa, heating can take up to 48 hours, and your local manager can arrange it before you arrive.

The scenic 3.8 mile Road Runner Trail passes right near this home. The River, a popular outdoor mall, is five miles from your door; the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is nine miles south; and the Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum is less than 50 miles north. Free WiFi throughout. This home has a security deposit — you will be charged $2000 prior to your arrival, so there is no surprise on the statement.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
