Fantastic home, clean, great layout and oodles of mid century style. The pool was the star for our 8 year old, as was the nearby park with lots of fun playground equipment. Private, and well appointed.

it’s a great house. However, the neighbors on either side are extremely loud and it feels a bit contradictory considering how many times we were told about this noise ordinance and we had to deal with parties every night…

We did contact local law enforcement for guidance and were advised that any active noise disturbance must be reported directly by the affected party to the non-emergency line for an immediate response.
