The ground level includes a saltwater pool with an integrated spa and shooting fountains, chaise lounges, occasional seating, a poolside fire pit, an outdoor lounge area, and a BBQ grill. Guests can also enjoy cornhole and a putting green. A set of stairs leads to the upper terrace, where a second fire-pit lounge and alfresco dining area overlook the dramatic boulders, mountains, and sweeping valley below—a stunning backdrop for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

The Guest Room includes a Queen bed, an ensuite bath, and access to the home’s stylish front patio. The detached casita—located on the opposite side of the property—offers a King bed, an ensuite bath, front-patio access, pool-yard access, and its own kitchenette. All bathrooms throughout the home include bidets.
