Mirage Cove

A mid-century modern two-bedroom in Magnesia Falls Cove, Rancho Mirage, completely remodeled in March of 2023. What you see is what you arrive to.

Inside: high ceilings, an open-concept living area with lots of windows and a large TV, a well-equipped full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dining area. A den off the main space holds a queen futon, which is useful when someone visits mid-stay. Central air conditioning and heating and a washer/dryer in the home mean a month here runs on your own schedule.

Through the sliding glass doors there is a heated pool, a gas firepit and a seating area, plus a gas grill for dinner outside. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m.

The home sits near The River, Rancho Mirage’s downtown core, filled with restaurants, shops and local entertainment. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 17 miles away and climbs to over 8,000 feet; Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa is seven-and-a-half miles away for dining and live entertainment. Two things to know before you book: the fireplace is not operational, and no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and all guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
