Indian Wells Elegance

A four-bedroom, four-bath mid-century desert home of 2,838 square feet, set on the golf course inside the guard-gated Indian Wells Country Club, with the mountains filling the view from the back of the house. It sleeps eight, and it is built for staying put rather than passing through.

Inside, the living space is bright and modern: a fireplace, a large TV, high-end furnishings and rooms that were decorated with care rather than filled with rentals-grade furniture. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge and a floating island breakfast bar, with a brunch area and a formal dining table for the evenings you cook properly. Four bedrooms hold two kings and two queens; three of the four baths are en suite, and the main bedroom has its own TV, a lot of natural light and an oversized walk-in shower and soaking tub.

The backyard is the reason to book a month here: a pool and pool spa with the mountain view behind them, a firepit for the evenings, and a California sunset most nights. Pool and spa heating can be added for an extra daily fee; it takes up to 48 hours to heat, so ask before you arrive.

Practical things for a long stay: parking for three vehicles in the driveway, no garage access and no street parking at all. The community is guard-gated, so your name has to be on file with security before you arrive, and a lease agreement is signed for stays of this length — your local manager handles both. Up to two dogs are welcome, 30 lb maximum each. Pool and garden crews visit weekly, so expect to see local staff at the home.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. If a noise complaint for music is verified by City Code Enforcement, a citation may be issued.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to rent (Proof of age required). Minimum of 29 night stay.
