Things to Know The stacked oven's broiler setting is not currently working, but all other settings works great! Owner does not have a mailbox, correspondence cannot be received at the home. Outdoor music is prohibited. Music played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 2 parking spaces are available in the garage for 2 mid size vehicle and parking for 2 more vehicles in the driveway. Pool/Spa heating can be added for $100/night after booking.
