The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, ample cupboard room and a floating island breakfast bar, with a formal dining table beside it — enough to cook and eat properly for a month instead of living out of takeout containers.
The living area is bright and stocked for the evenings you stay in: a pool table, streaming TV and a popcorn machine. To use the streaming services you log in with your own credentials. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and a soaking tub, and the children’s room is decorated floor to ceiling on a playful theme.
Within a 17-mile radius: Rancho Las Flores Park, Augustine Casino, La Quinta Park, The Show and Rancho Las Palmas Country Club, along with biking trails and places to shop and eat.
Pool and spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day; pricing varies with the size of the pool and spa, heating can take up to 48 hours, and your local manager can set it up before you arrive. On parking, which matters when you are here for months: no commercial vehicles or overnight street parking are permitted within the community at any time, and any fines issued by the HOA will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
P.S. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to rent (Proof of age required).
