A PART OF PALM SPRINGS HISTORY This classic Palm Springs pool home was built by the iconic Alexander Construction Company in 1960. It has been lovingly restored to celebrate its midcentury roots while elevating the comfort level for today’s traveler. Original design elements like the post-and-beam ceilings, flat roofline, and open-concept floor plan remain — now enhanced with high-speed internet, updated heating and cooling, and four flat-screen TVs. A beautifully preserved piece of architectural history, thoughtfully updated for modern living — delivering that nostalgic-meets-next-century Palm Springs experience guests love.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Step into pure Palm Springs outdoor living. The yard is private, spacious, and oriented around stunning mountain views. Lounge by the kidney-shaped pool, relax in the spa, freshen up in the outdoor shower, or enjoy cocktails at the outdoor bar with its own fire feature. Alfresco dining, BBQ grilling, and a separate firepit lounge make it easy to spend your entire day outside, soaking in the desert sun and the glow of star-filled evenings.
