Two separate furnished homes on one Newport Beach property — four bedrooms and four bathrooms across 2,714 square feet, less than two miles from the beach and minutes from Hoag Hospital. If you are here for a temporary medical stay, a work contract, or to be near someone receiving care, the layout does something a single house cannot: it gives two households their own front door.

The main home, Sunny Days, is two stories with a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor living space for meals or working, a gas fireplace, and Smart TVs you stream to with your own accounts. It has central air conditioning, its own private washer and dryer, and a gas grill out back.

Fair Weather is the second home — single-level, open floor plan, with its own entrance, and independent enough to suit grandparents, a couple, or anyone who wants a little more privacy. It has a well-equipped kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, two-burner cooktop and dishwasher, a pub-height table for four, and a living area with a plush sectional sofa and a Smart TV. It also has high-speed WiFi, central air conditioning, and its own separate washer and dryer.

Around you: Balboa Island and Balboa Peninsula, Newport Pier, Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island for shopping, Crystal Cove State Park for hiking, and Corona del Mar State Beach for the sunset. Waterfront dining, harbor cruises, paddle boarding, kayaking and scenic bike paths are all easy to reach, and Hoag Hospital is minutes away when the reason for the stay is a hospital.

The two homes may be rented separately or together. Dogs are welcome and snowbirds are too, with central air conditioning and free WiFi in both. Streaming services are available with your own accounts.
