Welcome to this charming two-bedroom, one-bath beachfront home located directly on the sand in Newport Beach with no boardwalk between you and the beach. This 900-square-foot, single-level home is the lower unit of a two-home property, offering an unbeatable location for your next coastal getaway. Need additional space? The upper unit can also be rented together with this home (see NB-420AB or contact our Reservations Team for details). Together, both homes comfortably accommodate up to nine guests.
Step outside to your private beachfront patio, where you'll find comfortable outdoor seating, a fire pit, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table for enjoying meals with an ocean view. Inside, the beach-inspired living room features comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and beautiful views that make it easy to relax after a day in the sun.
The adjacent dining area seats four to six guests and flows into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Just bring the ingredients, gather everyone together, and enjoy.
The home comfortably sleeps up to five guests in beds. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes three twin beds. A shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located nearby, and premium linens are provided for your comfort.
If you're traveling with a larger group, the upstairs unit (NB-420B) offers an additional queen bed and two twin beds, accommodating four more guests.
