THINGS TO KNOW There is construction across the street from this home through 2022. There is a private tenant in the unit behind this house on the same lot. Fireplace guards cannot be removed. Adult supervision is required at all times while using the fireplace. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. GUESTS WILL BE DIRECTLY CHARGED $1,000 FOR SMOKING AT THIS HOME AND WILL FACE IMMEDIATE EVICTION. There are security cameras in the garage and around the exterior of the home for your safety.

We had a great spring break stay! Took our teens to hang out by the beach, relax and reset. Location was amazing, walkable to lots of activities. The local basketball courts were a hit as well as beach access.
