Two thousand square feet of oceanfront living, fully furnished, with Monterey Bay outside the window. Rita's-by-the-Sea is a corner home inside the gated Monterey Dunes colony, recently remodeled from top to bottom, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the sandy beach, the windswept dunes and the water.
Over a month, the day-to-day is what counts. The full kitchen is well-appointed with new appliances, and there is a washer and dryer in the home, so you are not hunting for a laundromat on day 12. Three bedrooms have sit-stand work desks and chairs, and you can stream what you watch using your own account log-ins.
The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two primary suites facing the water, plus a queen sofa bed in the living room. There are three power-recliner sofas and an electric fireplace in the living room, and rainfall showers in the baths. Like most homes in the area, there is no air conditioning — the summer breeze keeps the house cool in the temperate climate.
The community clubhouse is next door, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and a bocce ball court. There is free parking for three vehicles. No pets are allowed at this property. Beyond that, Moss Landing gives you the sound of the sea and a secluded beach.
P.S. Primary renter must be 25 years of age (proof of age required).
