High Country Haven

Three bedrooms, three baths and 2,040 square feet over two stories in Flagstaff, on the edge of the Coconino National Forest, with tall pines around it. A whole house for a month or more, in a town where a month is the sensible way to see it.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with modern appliances and ample counter space, and the dining area sits right beside it. When the weather is with you, meals move out to the large deck and patio.

The living room looks out through a wall of windows and has comfortable seating to settle into at the end of a day, plus an air hockey table for the evenings. One thing to be clear about before a summer stay: this home does not have air conditioning.

Outside there is patio furniture on the deck and patio, surrounded by pines, and golf courses are nearby. The bedrooms are spacious and the house sleeps six.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m.

P.S. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to rent (proof of age required).
