NAU is only a mile away. This charming guest house boasts an enclosed backyard with an inviting seating area to unwind, gather with your loved ones, and enjoy a memorable time outdoors. If the weather is nice enough, surprise your friends with a delicious barbecue with the gas grill provided. The yard and grill are shared with the main house. Inside, the home enjoys a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Discover an inviting living room with a double-sided gas fireplace, several books, and a smart TV with streaming services. This is a wonderful spot to spread out comfortably with your friends, catch up on your favorite series, and relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals and the dishwasher will make cleaning up a breeze. The laundry area with a stacked washer/dryer is attached to the kitchen. The primary bedroom enjoys the other side of the gas fireplace and has high ceilings, a ceiling fan, and sofas. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home does have central air conditioning. There are also multiple fans to aid with hot days. For the winter, this home does have central heat.
